Call Center option

For Call Centres we have a special add-on: a call center monitor which can display in short intervals the current work load of agents, quality of service for agents, the voice mail and the hot line.

You can see here at a glance the main parameters of your call centre, such as:

  • pending incoming calls
  • QOS - the number of calls that were handled as a fraction of total incoming calls
  • lost and short calls,
  • stale calls (waiting in queue for too long),
  • voice mal
  • average duration for all calls
  • how many different numbers dialed per hour (for outbound call centres)
  • which agents are logged in

Output optionsa are:

  • Screen
  • printer
  • export to CSV file.

Any date range may be selected - if you use 'today', then the screen is updated continuously.

Several copies of the software can be run simultaneously on different machines.
