We make every effort for our software to be user-friendly and easy to install, but not everybody knows enough about installing software, telephones, or making the cable and connectors to be able to install MicroBX.

As our dealer, you would:

• Update the rates tables for your country or area
• Use MicroBX reports to advise clients on how to improve their phone usage
• Support special functions of MBX packages which need more training or have to be tied into existing client software
• Use MicroBX software to solve specific requirements of customers which could not be met by the PABX alone
